This Agreement is a legal agreement between you as a user and Council for Research on
Policy and Governance, New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as “CRPG”). Authorized
Representatives, Distributors, Partners or Agents of CRPG, who resell or provide additional
Products and Services are hereinafter referred to as “Affiliates”.
This Agreement specifies how you should use our Products and Services and what your
rights are as a CRPG product user directly or indirectly (hereinafter referred to as
“Licensee”).
By accessing or using CRPG Products, Subscriptions, and Services, the Licensee agrees to
be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If the Licensee does not agree to these terms,
they are prohibited from using CRPG Products and Services.
Licensee’s Rights to Use the Services
The Services are protected by copyright, trade secrets, and other applicable intellectual
property laws. CRPG only grants Licensee a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to
use the Services purchased, until cancellation or termination of this Agreement and as long
as Licensee meets any applicable payment obligations and complies with this Agreement.
This right is limited to the level of Authorized and specified level of use, as evidenced in the
Proof of Entitlement or License Keys provided by CRPG and any other associated Licenses
from any integrated applications or services, subject to the following terms and conditions.
CRPG and its Affiliates may use and disclose Information subject to applicable laws in order
to improve its Services or to provide Services to Licensee. Such uses include, but are not
limited to:
- Administering the functionalities of the Services.
- Improve, service, update or upgrade the Services.
- Improving, developing and enhancing the current and future products and services of CRPG and other parties.
- Providing the Licensee with information about the products and services offered by CRPG and other parties (with changes to licensing policies from time to time).
- Complying with applicable laws or regulations.
Managed Updates or Automatic Updates
From time to time, CRPG may automatically update or otherwise modify the Services. Such
updates or modifications may delete or change the nature of features or other aspects of the
Services.
General Terms and Conditions
Licensee Warranties
Licensee represents and warrants that the performance of licensee’s obligations and use of
the Services will not violate any applicable laws, regulations, or any of CRPG’s rules and
regulations; cause a breach of any agreements with any third parties; or unreasonably
interfere with other CRPG Licensees’ use of Services.
Licensee Use with Mobile Devices or Other Internet-Connected Machines
Use of these Services may be available through a compatible mobile device, the Internet,
and may require compatible software, Artificial Intelligence (AI) / Large Language Models
(LLM) usage or access or information sharing over the internet via different devices,
information transformation or translations or transfer to third-party databases or applications.
Licensee agrees that Licensee is solely responsible for these requirements, including any
applicable changes, updates and fees as well as the terms of your agreement with your
mobile device and telecommunications provider.
Complete Agreement
This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the Parties hereto with respect to
the matters covered herein. Headings are included for convenience only and shall not be
considered in interpreting these Terms. Licensee acknowledges entering into this Agreement
solely based on the representations contained herein.
