Ashok Kumar Pavadia

Founder Director, CRPG

A career spanning four decades as an academician, bureaucrat, and management expert — retiring as Additional Secretary, Ministry of Home Affairs. Author of the DPE’s Guidelines on CSR & Sustainability (2012) and former member of GRI’s Governmental Advisory Group in Amsterdam. Has taught Political Science at University of Delhi and remains an invited speaker at universities, international agencies, and trade associations on governance, CSR, and sustainable development.

Dr. Sanjeevan Bajaj

Co-Founder & Director, CRPG

PhD from IIM Ahmedabad with a career spanning State Bank of India, TCS (management consulting across India, USA & UK), and FICCI as CEO of the Quality Forum. A founding architect of IS 15700:2005 — India’s national public service delivery standard. First elected President of FSLCI Berlin; co-chaired UNEP’s Life Cycle Initiative Phase 3. Pioneered FICCI’s strategic partnership with UNEP’s Life Cycle Initiative and has been a scientific committee member for international sustainability conferences since 2007.
